Työn kuvaus
Join Nanocomp as a Finance Coordinator, supporting our finance team in daily operations and working closely with the Financial Manager in Lehmo, Finland.
In this role, you will contribute to the day-to-day financial operations of an international technology company while taking ownership of clearly defined financial areas. Apply by April 19, 2026.
Your responsibilities include:
\-Supporting daily financial operations and coordination
\-Assisting the Financial Manager with reporting and financial follow-up
\-Managing and coordinating assigned financial areas and processes
\-Acting as a liaison with external accounting partners
\-Supporting financial reporting and communication with the parent company
\-Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and documentation
\-Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across teams
**Requirements**
\-Relevant education in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent practical experience
\-Experience or interest in financial coordination, accounting, or financial administration
\-A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
\-Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of clearly defined areas independently
\-Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
\-A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
\-Nice to have: Experience with SAP or other ERP/financial systems
\-Experience with SAP is highly valued, but a motivated attitude and eagerness to learn can fully compensate for limited system experience.
